What is your return and exchange policy ?

we want to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not happy with the size or design of your item, we accept only exchanges within 30 days from the date of purchase. Please ensure that items are unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached. How can I track my order ?

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to track your package.

Do you offer international shipping ?

Yes, we proudly ship to customers worldwide. International shipping cost and delivery times vary depending on you location. Please note that additional customs duties and taxes may apply for international orders.

Can I change or cancel my order ?

If you need to make changes to your order (such as updating your shipping address or changing the size of an item), you can do so within 24 hours of placing the order. Once the order has been processed, it may be too late to make changes. Please contact our customer support team as soon as possible for assistance. Customers cannot cancel their order/ requested services. Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds or returns on any item. Kindly check the Delivery and Return instructions.
